1. Who you are contracting with

Live Interpreter is provided by speak global ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are of legal age and, where you use the service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Live Interpreter captures audio from a live voice room, transcribes and translates it, speaks an English rendition back to the room, and sends translated messages to listeners who have subscribed through our Telegram bot. It is a software tool: translations are machine-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and the service must not be used as a substitute for a professional interpreter in legal, medical, financial or other regulated settings without human oversight.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service unlawfully, or to commit fraud, spam or harassment;
  • relay audio you have no right to capture, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • generate or distribute illegal content, hate speech, deceptive impersonations or malware through the service;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits or attempting to jailbreak the underlying models;
  • reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

You are responsible for the audio and text you submit and for how you use the outputs. You must have the necessary rights and consents from the speakers whose voices you relay. Rights holders can contact us at support@translateontg.xyz to request removal of infringing content; repeat infringement leads to account termination. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce this section.

5. Licence and ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. We retain all rights in the service, its software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Fees

The service is currently provided without charge. If we introduce paid plans in the future we will update these terms and give you notice before any fees apply.

7. Availability and warranties

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your access ends; you may request an export of your session transcripts within 30 days, after which data may be deleted.

11. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of establishment, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
